How can I check on my pet during their stay?
We provide plenty of photos every day throughout your pet's stay. Upon booking with us, a WhatsApp group will be created, where owners can contact us and see what their pets are getting up to. Owners may also add up to 5 family/friends of their choosing to the group. Please feel free to ask for more/less photos and updates, depending on your needs.
My pet has special needs. Can their needs be accommodated?
We not only accept young puppies and elderly dogs, but also all dogs with special needs! We have experience with a range of different illnesses and disabilities, including feline/canine diabetes, severe allergies and partial paralysis. We are able to accommodate in many different ways, including providing special diets, administering medicine, ensuring dogs have alternate stimulation when they are unable to go on walks, and even providing puppy pouches, pet prams and walking aids for dogs who enjoy the benefits of walks, but are unable to walk for long periods of times
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
We supply a range of treats (including freeze dried and hypoallergenic treats), a range of interactive toys, snuffle mats, lick mats. We also provide extra leads, harnesses and collars where needed. Crates, beds and blankets may also be provided where needed.
