About Us
We are a 4 Star dog boarding, day care and pet care business, licensed with Nottingham City Council. Founded in October 2022, we strive to provide a high level of personalised pet care to all dogs - no matter the size, age or disability!
With Canine First Aid, CSP Dog Grooming qualifications & over 10 years of animal care experience, Paws for Thought are able to adapt services to fit the needs of your animal & create a caring home-from-home environment based on the animal's requirements.
+ We also provide walking, home visit and grooming services!

Fun, Fur and Frolics
Dog Walking
We provide walking services in the local area to a small number of dogs per day (spaces are very limited due to our small staff team!). Our walks are always 1-to-1, ensuring that each dog always gets the attention they deserve.
Boarding & Daycare
We work hard to ensure your pet feels comfortable and relaxed. Whether it’s their first Boarding experience, or they’re seasoned regulars, their wellbeing is central to everything we do.

Daycare is one of our most popular services, especially for repeat clients. We pride ourselves on our professional yet fun approach, and do everything necessary to ensure your pets are safe, secure and happy.
Drop-in Home Visits
Are you going on a short holiday or an adventure day? We're here to help! We provide drop-in home visits for dogs, cats & small animals that may require feeding, potty breaks and a quick playtime. (Cuddles are always included free of charge!)
